I think he means an actual camera that has a flash which can be used as a flashlight by the press of a button currently not available on your traditional camera

yeah dude, I think they might have stopped doing it now, but I def remember my old camcorder having a flash light, also night vision. This was back in the day when commercial camcorders looked like the big ass ones professionals use now
