Hey, I wondered the same thing but im following it ill have pictures of my grow soon, im doing almost exactly what the guy says so hopefully it will work haha
The book is pretty much a well documented grow journal in itself, don't see why someone would have to prove it. Results between people will obviously be different, but the author did go into quite a few details in order to replicate the results.
