I ordered a Classic screen grinder from the mixnball website a few weeks ago and i am getting a little worried. They definitely took the money out of my account but that is as far as it has gotten. The phone number that they list on there website doesn't work and the live chat option, i have concluded, is just some bullsh**. Every time i go on their website it says there is no operator online wtf?? I have also tried emailing them four times so far but I am yet to get a response. Has anyone else ordered from them? Is there any chance that I will get a grinder from them any time soon? Or am I, as I suspect, just screwed?
