Has Anyone Lost Weight From Smoking Weed?

  2. Well ive dropped 20 pounds..i just didnt pig out as much when i got high. Instead of chocolate milk and double stuffed oreos id make fugi apples and peanut butter
     
  3. And if i read that correctly, the only thing weed cat do is kill you and make you lose weight just by smoking it alone. But it will help if you have the will power
     
  4. I still ate a bunch but over the past 5 months I have lost 15 pounds. Since marijuana speeds up my already incredibly fast metabolism I have continued to loose weight. I probably averaged about an 1/8 every other week, and ate about 4000 calories a day. After two weeks of smoking only a few times ive been able to put on 4 pounds which I am hoping to continue through this summer. I just realized recently that weed has kept me from gaining weight which I am trying to do to prepare for college basketball so I've had to cut down on smoking which sucks. I went from 210 in december to 194 in may and i'm now at 198, trying to get to 220
     
  5. if you want to gain weight its as simple as keeping a caloric surplus up for an extended period. More cals in than cals out=gain weight. Eat more calorie dense foods like nuts and drinks like milk instead of water also help if you have trouble getting enough calories in.
     
    And on a side note, its not meth. it speeds up your metabolism a little bit but not by a crazy amount
