I dont belive u can make good oil in 30 mins in oven. I would like to know what you think tho. Ive had no success tho.
Prob cause you dont really know how to do it?? Its very dangerous... So if you feel like you're not in danger than your doing it wrong.
Check out BadKittySmiles sticky in the edible forum, will find all your answers there. I would ONLY use an oven while baking. Or a double boiler, but oven is easier.
I agree with dsc, badkitty smiles has a great guide in her cookbook thread that I've used myself multiple times with success. She recommends the oven as well, and I would make sure to decarb the bud. What are you planning for weed/oil ratio?
Is there a way to do it with bud not hash? i know its for a capsult but there has to be a other recipe badkat has for regular oil
I've taken some of my left over vaped bud and lined the bottom of several cupcake banking sheets, poured oil over, covered with aluminum foil and baked for 45 minutes on 300 degrees. To be honest with you, it worked but it wasn't the greatest feeling....which had something to do with the bud being vaped. Anyways, give it a shot and let me know how it works out. Try to decarb the AVB first for about 8-10 minutes at 220F, covered by aluminum foil well, then cook the bud in oil (coconut oil preferably) for 40 minutes at 220F, then freeze the oil, thaw slowly, and cook again for another 40 minutes at 220F. Guarantee they are a bit more potent This is a la BadKittySmiles.
