Hey GC Im day 54 of flower. 3 days ago i gave plant its 4th Bloom Feed thinking it will probly be her last but i had close inspection and trichomes are all clear still have pistills are 60% brown. Will i still have a Feed left to give? Should i start flushing now. All new to me so would love some insight for this stage of my grow Thanks heaps
Got one thanks brother. My question is how long from this stage till i notice clouding of trichs? Do all pistills go brown or will there always be the odd white one here & there. Thanks
They look really good but it’s still early. They will still bulk up quite a bit. Trichomes should be cloudy with some even turning amber when they’re ready. Possibly 3 weeks to go. Maybe longer. Flushing is usually done in the last week. Nutes for the next couple weeks.
At least a couple weeks, harvest times are different from each strain, i usually grow 9 week flower strains, almost all trichs should be cloudy, how much amber color is present is all prefrence, im sure you already know what type of high each color brings. But they still have a way to go. Good luck
@ PPORTN she'll get there bro, yur just jonsin. I'm cranking nutes into my girl. I had to chop the stretchy one cuz she red'n up and wasn't buffing, looked wrong to me, but I hacked her up started on Friday and took the other half down today. I killed her cuz she freaked out as the ventilation wasn't up to par. So that's ok; she still yielded about 1/2 a pound of small but sticky tight buds. Feeding the other one, fed her water two nights ago but then I still hit it with ~ a gallon of lucas right after. Then I hit her full strength yesterday (5 gallons but not runoff), and I hit it again today (6 gallons with plenty runoff). She got fed three days now again... maybe tomorrow I will just give her some water and epson salts. But maybe not cuz soon I will just flush her for 3-5 days and she'll be done. Its a hard grow this time as the lime is exhausted in the peat, and I don't like recharging it cuz its hard on the roots. Anyhow. Your plant needs K + P now. She doesn't need any more nitrogen. Don't worry if she yellows, just pump her up with some K+P now for two more weeks and keep it bright so she can buff. Use some KoolBloom, or comparable and get that thing buffed up!
Chers man helpfull as. I guess im bit skeptical on going all out and feeding her non stop from now till the end, i couldnt picture her looking anything other than green and healthy but if you advise me to just feed her up then i guess ill give it a go. Every day? Second day? Third day? Experiment?
idk your grow enough to answer that. I know mine is fucked atm with the bs peat sinking like the titanic but I keep pushing her with nutes. Only thing burning is the light bleaching her like a blonde on a beach. What have you been feeding her? What soil is that? What lights are you using? If you can feed her to 20% runoff each day then do it. If she starts getting burned, then water her and dilute the mix. A lot of this stuff can be determined using ph and ppm pens, otherwise you need to watch for burns and stuff. But its too green. The energy that is stored in those spoilers needs to get transported to the bud. Feed it K+P, start idk 500-700ppm? then watch for burns? add more if you can. Some people with large plants up to 2000ppm, each day. Continuous feeds like 600-700ppm. Some like to run lower, and it depends on your water and your nutes+supplements. By just looking at it, I can see that one day you will buy a tent, ventilation, nice lights, and pens, and buckets, cuz you are one day going to get this right.
This is her feed the secret mix is just egg shell and nana skins. Should add more. She sits in a 18letre pot 4.7gallons. I followed the potash's feeding schedule
@PPORTN very meticulous, something I need to get with. Unfortunately, I have very little experience growing organically. I did look over your nutes and they seem good for potassium (K) but I don't see phosphorus. I think orgrowers use bat guano tea with this. Beyond this, lighting issue. When you get a chance grab a PCB board. Hit me up if you need recommendations.
