which leaves should i check when examining the trichomes with microscope the buds or the small leaves coming out of the buds
check the small leaves coming out of the buds.... they should be covered in crystals. if not you can always cut a tiny small peice of the bud off....but thats not recommended. i would just cut the small leaves off
i just use my hand held micro scope and check them tight on the plant all over at different bud sites
