What is the average life span for plants. I keep hearing 3 months from clone to harvest. But that sounds to fast.
It mostly depends on the strain and how you grow it. A rooted clone of one of the quickest strains grown without vegging can finish in as little as six weeks. On the other hand, Original Haze and similar genetics can take up to four months of flowering alone. If you include time for cloning or starting seeds and more than a month of vegging, the longest flowering strains can take as much as half a year to finish completely. You should expect the average strain to need around two months of flowering. How much vegging time it uses is really up to you.
You should plan for two months for veg and two to three for flowering. If u have plants offset you will always have weed in multiple stages of growth
