Murakami got me into reading. I’ve explored so many different writers since I first read his book (my first one was Kafka on the Shore). So if you’re a Murakmai fan let’s talk about it together! His writing is magical. There are mysteries surrounding it such as women with nine fingers, guys who sleep with married women, and cats and ravens that seem to move between his novels. I’m just gonna tank my top 5 real quick: 1. Hear the Wind Sing 2. Kafka on the Shore 3. Sputnik Sweatheart 4. Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki 5. 1Q84 Let the games begin!
Just Finished hear the wind sing Mind you I read this high, felt it was jumpy, I’m not really left wanting to read more. Of course i have to read if he encounters the 9 fingered lady. Which is why i will read pinball Starting pinball now will comment after i finish. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
