I don't think that was done on purpose as it wasn't that "hard-hitting" of a question. I'm sure every network minus FOX News has posed that question at some point during this conflict. But do I beleive they would censor information in this way? Yes. They always choose which reporters get into these press conferences and what questions they can ask. Most everything by the news media is scripted to fit an agenda. The whole idea that Russia is the bad guy in this situation is a product of a misinformation campaign.
