Hard black tar stuck to stems?!?

    Smoked 20 yeara never seen this before. Hard black tarry substance / charcoal like stuck inside cured buds on stem.

    Early molasses spill during grow???? Or someone lacing tar to make you think you got super strong indica and get you back....
