  1. a girl in one of my classes said there weren't enough females in my work. so i drew one...

just a little over an hours worth of work, no reference

  2. I like the way her body curves outwards, as if shes in the wind, or shes falling. The arms look a little too solid though, maybe because the one on the right is quite straight. But its better than i could do anyway, im not too good with whole figures.
    Nice work mate!

  3. heh.. h_b, you're right, she's got no elbows.. i wouldn't've noticed that.. i was gonna comment on the face.. it made me laugh in a good way.. this hippy is gonna eat you up..

edit: i like the detail on the skirt..

  4. well she was wearing a somewhat loose sheer shirt with print above a halter top. its that shirt that makes the arms seem thick. i've changed it now though to be more skintight.

and the face... yeah I've had trouble with it. right now its half erased again. the perspective is throwing me off and as a male it is inherently harder to draw females accurately since all you draw are guys when you are growing up developing your talent. keep pluggin on with it though.
