What are you guys using for handheld digital microscopes out there? My 60x jewelers loupe is a pain for me to see the trichomes close enough so I wanted to invest in a nice handheld digital microscope to view them. I'm leaning towards a celestron model, but I figured I would see what you guys are using and if you could can you provide pictures from yours? Thanks
I got a cheap $5 one on eBay and it does the job. I have to cut a sugar leaf off and lay it on a table to check but it let's me see what I need. Went with the loupe at radio shack first and it wasn't enough, plus cost at least twice as much.
Radio shack carries a $12 handheld microscope that is perfect for checking trichs. goes up to 100x and has a light built into it. It's not digital, and the light kinda sucks but for $12 the magnification is great. I use it all the time
