So Ive been going around this site all day and Ive seen a lot of Roors and other manufactured bongs and pipes and surprisingly little hand-made pieces. So I was hoping you guys could help me out in showing off some of your custom pieces or pieces that you bought from the artist. Ill start with a few of mine. I ordered these two custom from a local artist here in Ann Arbor. A bubbler with a color changing window in the front and a snorkel choke, so it clears the smoke from the water up and doesnt leave stale smoke on the top of the water. The onie is one of my favorite pieces I own though, the deail and the opal are great to look at while smoking.
This is my steam roller, smoke comes through the dragons mouth. This was the first hand made piece I ever bought.
Oh I forgot one of the best parts about the first two pieces. The guys I get these from will often put crimped mouthpieces on the pipes so it conforms to your lips, incredibly comfortable.
Sick glass man. Who is the local artist. I only know of a few of the A2 heads by name. Alex Inwood is by far my favorite but I've also seen work by Sand and another guy.. his name is eluding me.
not sure of his last name, but his first name is zack and hes one of the owners of Foggy Bottom Bayou. His brother, his co-owner and his girlfriend also all blow glass and between my fiance and i we have a few pieces from each of them. The nice thing about them is the thickness, never had a piece of glass from there break
