  1. My Cabinet was MDF but that shouldn't make much of a difference.

  2. Looking great Hambone! What's your light cycle?

  3. I'm at 20/4 light schedule, will keep it that for the duration.

  4. Day 21
The seeds popped out of the soil on the second of October, so I guess you could say she is 3 weeks old. Some would say she wasn't really in veg mode until several days later. She started out growing very slowly, but now she is growing really fast, here is her latest photo, taken this morning.

  5. Day 22
I just wanted to post another pic, see if you guys can see how quick she has grown in just one day. I just watered with plain water, with one drop of Superthrive. Next time she gets full nutes.

  6. At this rate of growth, I will stop worrying about a puny yield pretty soon. The flowers are still growing pretty slowly, the vegetative growth is still dominant. I am itchy to fertilize her again, but I know the consequences of jumping the gun.

  7. Just to keep the time lapse going, here is today's photo, she got blasted with a good dose of nutes yesterday, I am pushing the envelope a little with the fertilizer, but from what I read, this is a resilient strain that can be abused a bit. Although she has white hairs popping out all over, it seems all her energy is still going to pushing out new fan leaves, which I think is great, she is showing a lot of side branching, so I think I will get some nice tops other than the main cola.

  8. Day 28
I am seeing some really vibrant growth, and the flowers are starting to pick up steam. Quite a few side branches that I see, I am happy to see that. I used molasses on my last grow, I am debating whether to do that this time or not. I am thinking that the BigBloom, TigerBloom, and Superthrive would be sufficient, I may just go really light on the molasses. Well here are the updated photos!!

  9. This strain of weed is starting to get mighty stinky. My ventilation, although I have active exhaust, it gets too hot in the cabinet to leave the doors shut, so I think I may have to get some ONA gel, it's not even flowering full steam yet and it smells a bit. I didn't have to post this now, but I wanted to bump my thread since no one has been posting anything.

    Day 29
I see a cola beginning to form, and I am enjoying chronicling this plant, it is startling how fast it grew after it was transplanted, I think I would start these seeds directly into the pot in the future, having it in the solo cup seemed to do nothing but slow it down. I am going to pick up a bloom booster like ChaChing today. I am not sure what I will get, but I think it might be fun to use, and one jar of that stuff lasts forever.

  11. Day 31
The drought of interest in my thread is alarming, yet I must press on. My girl is still exploding with growth, vegetative and flowering. I am about to the end of using the pot to clamp my lights to. They can't reach the top of the plant anymore. Need a new plan for mounting them. She will probably be 2 feet tall by the time shes done! I purchased a fertilizer that is supposed to increase weight and density, it's called "Gravity", and it wasn't cheap, but you don't need much and only need to apply it once, 3 weeks from the end of flowering.

  12. Still tuned in dude and don't worry about the lack of interest, there's hundreds of journals and most people only get really interested once the buds are showing!

Everything seems to be going well so just keep at it.

  13. yea man, I had the same problem, seemed no one was interested till I got pics of nice buds, then they started to watch.looking very healthy,I'm still watching,I want to see how the russian turns out, could be a future grow.:smoking:

  14. Thanks guys, I figured as much. Well, the bud porn is not far away, and I think it is going to be some hardcore, fetish, budporn! But until then, things are going great, she's about to get blasted with a boatload of FoxFarm goodness tonite, and then I hang back and watch her explode again.

  15. I meant to mention, when the cold weather hit, the bugs wanted in, but the only ones that did were ladybugs:). And one colorful ground wasp. They have all taken up residence on my plant. Unfortunately, cfl's are a horrible deathtrap for ladybugs, the wasp seems smart enough to avoid them.

  16. By the way, I checked out your grow, "Indicaisgood". I am filled with admiration and inspiration that my plant will yield similarly to yours. 58g total? That is great for cheapass china floro's and almost no nutes! I refer to your grow as a reference for bud development and stuff. I check out a few others for the same reason, to see if I can match some of the more impressive 1 plant yields with cfl's. Fun and enjoyment for young and old.

  17. Day 35

Although technically, today is day 36, but since I took these photos yesterday, we are going with 35. She's doing great, I am seeing seedpods on the bottom of the plant, I think my pollination worked, I just hope it doesn't work too well!! Having a good stash of these auto whiterussian seeds is never going to be a bad thing!! Does anybody know if having seeds maturing is going to reduce my yield a lot? I don't care too much really, but it would be nice if I could still get a respectable harvest. I took a photo of my ferts that I have been using and will be using soon. Also, I took a photo of the odor killer I bought, it seems to work very well, this plant stinks!

  19. Now that your here Myles, this party can officially begin:hello:
    Day 38

These photos are actually from yesterday, so they are not a true reflection of what is going on today. Each day she grows larger and the buds continue to get bigger. I do see numerous seed pods, but I don't think the seeds are going to be overwhelming, but I could be wrong... I was dangerously casual in my pollination technique, and I may pay for it with many more seeds than I want. As well as seedy weed, which will still be killer, so I may not care that much. She's looking very lush, and I didn't do any sort of training to her at all, just letting nature do its thing.
