Growing in 5 gallon ProPot, with ProMix/Lime, outdoors, in fifth week of flower. Afghan and ChemDawg. No bugs, just POWDER MILDEW!

We had to move some of our plants indoors because there have been tons of thefts in our state recently. After one night indoors, in our room set up for growing, we have powdery mildew. We have never experienced this before.

We noticed it last night, trimmed some leaves that were covered, and took them back out this morning. I know, they are being shocked, but we think it's the best solution. We picked up some Actinovate to spray with tonight, does that work? Best way to apply it? What else? Greencure?

We also plan on bathing with H2o2 when we trim. Any luck with that?

    Help us, please :)

PS, I know there is lots of information out there on this, I am having trouble sorting through it all and need answers ASAP. Thanks!

  2. Have you been foliar feeding? I experienced something similar. Mine was caused from Epsom salts drying after foliar spraying...

Actual mold... may have to consider and research QWISO washing, versus total loss.

  4. If you only have a week before harvest, then don't spray shit cuz it's too close to harvest. I don't fuck around with mold though. I usually cut twice or even 3 times as much as I need.

  5. I use a combination of Actinovate foliar and soil drench along with organocide. Be careful though. The organocide is made with fish oil and should only be used outside. Also, the organocide should not be used within 2 weeks of harvest. The bottle says that it can be used up to day of harvest, but it's some stinky shit. Works great outside though. When I first see signs of p.m. I spray with actinovate and do the soil drench then wait for 5 days then spray with organocide. If you are less than 2 weeks from harvest and can't use the organocide, then buy some skim milk and mix it with 1 part milk to 10 parts water and spray your plants every 5 days until harvest.

We sprayed with Actinovate last nigh and I just watered the soil with the leftover Actinovate (it said wait 4 hours to water after spraying...?). I have heard so many mixed reviews on milk and it makes me nervous. We're going to wait and see what the Actinovate does...they look good this morning. We plant on doing the H2o2 bath after we harvest, have you had experience with that? Thanks!

I have used milk in the past with success, but it's usually only within the last 2 weeks due to the fishy smell smell of organocide. If you would prefer spray down with milk every few days. The problem with spraying soo much is you create more humidity. There is a fine line between too much and not enough. Whoever said growing weed was easy can kiss my big white ass. lol

Oh, and the hydrogen peroxide wash has worked in the past for a friend of mine, but I have never let any disease get out of control like he did.

  8. Off topic peeps, but if you get a green headlamp and check your ladies at night with them, the powdery mildew sticks out like a mother __er. Just found that out by accident when I had to go out and get something I left outside in my garden.
