Hairs on Bud 60% orange hair 2 weeks before cutting date

Hi

I have 2 Chronic plants good sized and im 2 weeks out from my cutting date.

However the plant (Alpha) has a serious amount of orange hairs on the bud almost if it looks ready to be chopped. I checked the Trichomes and they are milky in colour.

The orange hairs run about halfway down the plant and are consistent through out the plant. My question is should i chop this now or wait until my due date. I had a concern about leaving it too long after it was ready as i read that the plant starts to consume its own thc or something to that effect. The other plant looks fine not any orange hairs and looks on schedule. They are both under 2 x 400 watt sont lights and they are growing in aqua farms.
