    Hi need some advice previous 3x daily smoker here. July 19th cut down to 1x daily. August 16th gave up completely for 1 week then resumed smoking 2-3 times per week until now. Have to do a hair follicle in the next few weeks. Going to stay off completely until hair follicle. I need to prove I'm a recreational smoker will I have any luck ? Thanks
