i dont know about the shit at the start, but a doctor cant dob you in. it's part of the hippocratic oath, that everything between a doctor and his patient is confidential.

you can tell them exactly what your on..they can't tell the cops, doctor/patient privelege.. now if you told them you are an ax murderer, thats a little different.. you always should be honest with your doctor
