I was sleeping and woke up at 5:40 and then I went back to sleep. I thought I woke up but it was a dream. I was in my bed and the time was 5 something and I was just laying in my bed in this dream. Whenever there was any sound it would be ear piercing and ring everywhere. This went on what felt like 10 minutes till there were all these sounds echoing through my head like crazy. I dunno every sound was just not going away and I thought I was going crazy or I might have this for the rest of my life. This may not sound bad but the ring was so freakin loud it was unbelievable and it hurt soooo bad I couldn't move (in dream). I dunno dream panic I guess. Then I woke up at like 5:43 and it took me like 10 minutes to realize it was a dream. I was so scared because this was honestly the most realistic dream I've ever had and it was just a nightmare cause everything was to perfect and to real. EDIT: the sound was like surrounding me and echoing everywhere and I couldn't move
Well, perhaps it wasn't a dream. Or maybe you were half asleep and half awake? One of my highschool teachers claimed to have woken up to see her bedroom on fire, but then she really woke up and everything was fine. I think she said it was a night terror mixed with sleep paralysis. It could be what you experienced.. but anyway that must have been pretty frightening to experience..
ive had this, like one time I was in bed having this crazy dream and it scared me coz it was all these people from my class * i was like 12 * and one girl was on top of my door way just laughing hysterically and it began to get louder and louder and louder and it turning into a high pitchs cream and got so high pitch. I began to cross over into conciousness and the high pitch was turning into the noise of the wind on the trees outside. Its scary to move after shit like that lol ur hearts racing and everything
scary man but nothing compared to the shit i used to go through man oh my god. for years man i think it first happened at like age 13. the last time it happened was 3 months ago or so and im 18. i would have what you had basically but i was dreaming but it was so real like i was awake.. because i seen my own body laying there still.. i seen my room and out the window. everything looked exactly the same as i went to bed besides VERY small objects. like a dog bone that was never there. a round ball. like 2 or 3 things that werent important always out of place. i usually cannot move but i could sometimes but barely.. it was like i literally had no power.. it was so hard to breathe, i could feel my self stop breathing and i would eventually wake up gasping for air... (had asthma as a kid, maybe y) i would always try to scream or pinch myself to wake up and it would never work.. the only way was to die from no oxygen or try as hard as i could to breathe and wake up.. very scary shit man. and the last time this happened, everything i just said was happening.. but i kept falling back asleep into it after i got out of it.. it was a very strong fight.. and i remember that night i looked up near my door and saw a hooded tall figure with nothing but darkness for a face.. like a ringwraith no fucking joke. i swear it was the devil and i started sleeping with a cross and dream catcher for the next 2 months and it all stopped. i swear it was the devil it was so real.. sorry if i sound like an idiot. its cause i am on my phone so its hard 2 type.
YO man thats scary as! i can relate, i wasnt out of my body but i just drifted off to sleep and i didnt realise. but then i fell asleep, but then i opened my eyes and looked out the window, and the light was on outside my window and theres never a light on out there and my blinds were open *fold out* and my brother was standing there holding a basket ball and it was so fucking scary, i looked around and back outside and he just appeared closer, and then he disapeared and i started hearing wind get louder and louder and i couldnt move and i was gettin this terrifying feeling over my hole body, and then finally i came awake but i was laying there with fear and i moved and whenever i move, the fear starts going away again ..scary.
I believe this was sleep paralysis. I live with a cousin who had this EXACT experience. She fell asleep and at around 6am and she found she couldn't move at all. So, after trying to roll off her back she opened her eyes and this horrible screech ensued until she closed her eyes. She said it continued like that until around 7.30am when my Nan has a habit of going the loo and waking us up. My cousin was able to move and open her eyes when my Nan came into her room and Nan has told me when she went in the room, my cousin leapt at her and cried. It hasn't happened since so I hope you don't have to go through it again.
