Haarp concerns physicists

  1. Article is from 1994.

  2. To be fair, HAARP is an older conspiracy, just like how lizard people and aliens aren't necessarily a new conspiracy. I think they were reported as far back as the 60's.

But it would be nice to have a more up to date article.

  3. I agree. I stumbled across this when reading about quantum vacuum flux and prior to this article i thought the hype surrounding haarp was more conspiracy than science. So i was interested that there were scientists alarmed by its ramifications and it wasnt simply another tinfoil hat claim.

  4. I haven't read that article, but were scientists concerned over HAARP like the HAARP that is publicly known in Alaska or were they concerned over what conspiracy theorists think of as HAARP?

I'll give it a good read tomorrow. Unfortunately, I'm assuming it will be difficult to understand which HAARP they're talking about.:(

  5. It is in regards to patented capabilities at least from what i could gather. Its a broader concern of technologies, only some of which haarp possess. If anyone runs across more recent work please post. I wasnt specifically looking for this article, i was reading other articles by the same author, involving quantum vacuum flux, so i was a bit taken back when he also had a paper on haarp.
