Yo blades.. Was wondering what all the gym rats on here where during their workouts? It varies for me.. When I'm feeling big I'll wear a cut off and when I'm feeling small I wear long sleeves. Any one know why some days you just feel like a beast and some days you feel little? I used to weigh 245 during football but now I'm done after 11 years of it I dropped down to 225 b/c in my eyes I don't need the extra weight anymore. On my way to the gym now, let me know what y'all like to lift in and any thoughts on the info above, peace out!
