In a shocking decision, a Minnesota judge (ultra liberal) struck down a ban that 18-20 year olds in Minnesota could not own a gun. The the judge basically said it was a 'bad' law. The license is the "easy" part it's the $$$ that keeps it a rich mans game. Any mg owners care to share an avg day at the range costs in ammo, let alone the cost of the gun.
