Is there anyway to slow the growth when in veg? I’ve been growing 3 photos on my table waiting for the tent to free up and new lights get here. Needless to say I’m already worried about space in the tent. It’s 4x4x72. I already have limited light on them. Just some cfls. Don’t know if that causing them to stretch for the light. I learned in my short time if I grow them in 5 gal pots I can water less but they get huge...I use all 3 gal now...those look like my plants did in 5 gals Sent from my SM-G965U using Grasscity Forum mobile app

. Didn't know where to post. I have 2 autos which are mexican airlines and 1 blue dream photo. The autos are on day 51 from above soil. They are 50 cm growing in canna pro plus Lights are 2x mars hydro 300w Switched lights to 12 hours 4 days ago to induce flowering as they seemed to be taking a while and I am impatient My questions are 1. Are they looking ok for how old they are and 2 are they flowering as I have no idea what I'm really looking for
Yeah I know they will but my thoughts were they were probably close to there limits in the 3gal and if I was going to make it thru flower I’d need to transplant. Now that I can actually see how much bigger everything is I’m really questioning it. I’m in Michigan so it would be at least probably a good 4 more months before they can go outside. To me they look good but I’m also on my first grow. What is the light schedule? No I doesn’t look like they are flowering yet. The photo won’t flower till it gets 12/12. The auto it doesn’t matter. Just need 4hrs minimum to stay alive. I ran my autos on 18/6 from seed. Mine started budding about 30days after sprout. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Plants look great OP, good call with QB lighting. I veg with MH and my plants stay short and squat. U could super crop them until your lights arrive if your worried bout height. Prob won’t have this issue next grow with ur new lights coming. Congrats
No , i think you could do 3 in your tent They will blow up some but you will have to keep a handle on it , I've done 8-10 3-4 ft autos in a 4 x 4 x 6ft 8 in section of my tent Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
They are on 12/12 as I thought they were taking ages to flower so thought I'd flip lights and try to help them on their way The photo will have to just follow suit now although it would have been better to leave longer in veg but havent got another tent so will have to do x they taking ages lol
Yeah if I can squeeze them all in there once the lights are in I’d like to. I’ve only grown autos that ran at the same time as these and am just finishing up with. So I’ve never really gotten to see how much a bigger plant stretches when it goes into flower. If I hang my lights at the same height as the one I have now I’ll have only 15” between light and canopy. Will that be enough? I’m sure I can rig some other way of hanging them to get them higher instead of the cables they are supplied with. This is what kinda what they would be if I put them in now.
