or you can grow with sunlight... or if you want to grow indoors you should get a MH or HPS light for flowering... or just set it by the window
no u cant use a regular lamp or light bulb to grow heres the lights u will need hps,mh,or florecent lights if ur hurting for cash
just do wat im doing do a grow or two using floro then with the money (assuming you dont smoke it all) buy a good grow lamp for $150-$240 US depending on the type and watts.
