  1. Ok here is the setup im thinking of putting together in the near future.

    Space:
    GL 145L tent (4'11"x9'6"x6'7")

    Lights and air cooling:
    2x 1000w lumateks
    2x 6" magnum xxxl's
    6" valueline centrifugal fan

    Atmosphere:
    Sentinel CHHC-4
    400cfm Phresh filter
    6" HO Can-Fan
    dehumidifier
    co2

    THE PLAN:
Tent will be in a room with a window ac.

Air cooling for the lights will draw air from a diferent room. Pull air through both reflectors exit out of tent and be directed to the attic and vented out. Or I can pull air from the room the tent is with the ac and vent to a different room.

Filtered exhausted air from the tent will also be directed to either another room or the attic and vented out.Exhaust will only come on when the temp gets above a set temp.
The bottom intake ports on the tent will be fitted with backdraft dampers. All light leaks and seams of unused ports, windows ,and doors will get hit with gorilla tape or similar.

This is the plan floating around in my head.Any comments or suggestions would be welcome.Aswell as any feedback about using a controller and co2 in a tent enviornment.I have designed a similar setup for a friend and it works great but we built his room.I would like to try to replicate what we did for him but in a tent instead of a built room.

Damn I should have got a house with a basement.I dont think turning a 3 bedroom 1 bath house into a 2 bedroom 1bath 1 growroom does much for resale value.I'd sure like to see the listing though.:D

  2. you can pull the air for the air cooled hood from the same room as the A/C... but it should be on a closed loop(not using grow space air)

the rest seems good... I like tents.. much easier to put together and take down... but it comes with a slight increase in heat...
