Hi All, <O</O This is my 1st post so please be gentle I have been growing for about 5/6 years now, only small crops and of very good quality. I have always had heat issues with my 600W metal halide in my small grow room and would like to know if anyone has used the new 250W fluro tubes. I can get them in my grow shop in BLUE and YELLOW for VEG and BLOOM. I was thinking of getting two of each and giving it a go but at £200 for all four I thought I'd post here and see if anyone has had any luck with them. <O</O

pm'ed u m8 - hope it's helpfull. I use the 200w cfl's from http://www.theonlineelectricalwholesaler.com - at £30 each for either type. The 125w are about £18. They are very well packaged so don't worry about them getting broke in the post They don't get nearly as hot as hps / mh, but ur contemplating 800w & u will need ventilation (at the top of ur cabinet if ur using 1) I use 2x4" filtered inlet fans, 1x8" filtered extractor & a 12" oscilating fan for hurricane effect
