  2. I ordered a ton of seeds through migardener.com this year. Should be here any day so I’ll be popping most of them. That’s gonna be something new I do this year is reserve a bunch for seed that’s a good idea and then I already know what veggies did good or bad. I love gardening too, I can literally be outside all day working on plants.

  3. Put in work yesterday on the veg garden. Thinking about buildings beds today and getting some radishes and carrots in. I have a low spot in the garden so I’m gonna throw some potato towers there so they stay above the water. I’ve been planting basil, chamomile, and borage everywhere in the yard bordering all gardens. Got a lot more herbs to plant but gotta wait a bit. Here’s my order all tomato’s and peppers are getting started inside. IMG_5764.JPG IMG_5765.JPG IMG_5858.JPG peppers and tomatoes
IMG_5857.JPG also have a dozen peas started and a dozen pole beans. Lots more to come IMG_5861.JPG

  5. Great day to be outside, carrots, radishes, and beets in the ground. Gave them each their own bed and added last years mulch on top [IMG]

  7. Next time, that’s a great idea. Much simpler then tearing apart pallets and making beds the way I did!

  8. Seeds are starting to germinate. All 3 free la diva autos germ’d and 2 free fruity chronic seeds. I’ll find room for them somewhere. Tomato’s are looking good. Gonna have a lot of plants if everything keeps up as well as it is. Now it’s just a waiting game for the weather to turn for good! Tomato’s

  10. Slowly coming together, gotta make it to Wednesday before I start moving plants out. We’ve been getting below 32f up here in the mitten. Tonight and tomorrow night call for lows of 26f. Shits crazy. All of my plants are in my old greenhouse. I sealed it all up and put a heater in there. It stays above 50f even on the coldest nights. I am also adding 8 more plants. Added strains include: la diva, golosa, sweet black angel, and fruity chronic juice.

Now for the good stuff. I really trained these girls good about a week ago. Cut off all the crispy garbage and small branches. Spread them all out. In about 3 days there was new growth. Delicious candy is looking like she’s gonna be massive. I’ll start with her. IMG_6185.JPG IMG_6186.JPG glookies

  13. Everything is exploding with these hot days! Ran into some trouble with radishes and arugula but that’s from the temps. Pulled all the radishes for chicken food and planted some kale. IMG_6330.JPG IMG_6333.JPG IMG_6340.JPG IMG_6338.JPG IMG_6336.JPG IMG_6337.JPG

2nd trellis up. Gonna do a top dress soon with fresh work castings, compost, and some sea bird guano. Then I’ll let them coast till flower begins then I’ll start making banana ffjs for potassium later on
