Growing Seed-Buds!!!!!!!! Please help...

  1. Hi,
I'm just about to start up another grow, but all I have is 2 seeds. I have never done this before, but I want to grow my 2 plants, and keep the male so that the female (if threre is one) will instead of growing smokeable buds, grow a BUNCH of seed buds instead. I want to stock up so that I have a lot of seeds for my next outdoor operation. I am strictly an outdoor grower, since Maui, Hawaii is SUCH a great place to grow da sinse outdoor. SOOO.... can someone please point me in the right direction of how to do this? Do I just leave the male and it will work? Is it that simple?
    Peace,
    K.D.

  2. just get them germinated and in the soil, normal growing proceedure and hope for 1 male and one female...

flower them both (12/12) and hope for one male and one female.... leave them in the same place and the female should produce seeds.

  3. Hmmm, you could do that...but theres always that chance that you have some quality seeds and they'll both turn female :p

...Don't hermies give off good seeds? because females are easy to stress into hermies, just shine some bright light onto them when it's pitch dark, say 11-12pm as well as many other ways...Don't quote me on the quality of hermie seeds though because im not sure?

  4. Thanks man, that's what I thought. But when will I know when the buds are done? Is it like reg. growing, where when they get big and skunky you cut um? Or are there certain signs you have to watch and wait for in order to know when to harvest the seeds?
    Peace,
    K.D. :)

  5. If you wait too long the quality will go downhill at some point. If possible you should look at the tricombs (the little crystals on the buds) and when they turn an amber color when the buds get real big they are ready to be harvested.

  6. Approx. how long will it take for them to reach that state? Days? Months? I don't have very much time, we're talkin' possibly before Summer, May 30-ish.
    Peace,
    K.D.

  7. about 8 weeks

  8. Cool, thanks. That probably gives me enough time til summer.
    Peace,
    K.D. :)
