I got a bunch of seeds from a qp Mids I had. Can I just plant them in a field and will i atleast get Reggie out of it? I can't really put the time or money into it right now
as long as your area gets regular rain....yeah why not. gorilla grow it up. just make sure to check up on them in about 4-5 weeks to check for males

it depends on how willing you are to get really into it. if there is ever a dry period with no rain....you are going to have to bring it water.....and if you are bringing it water....you minds well mix up some nute water or some teas and what kind of soil are you planting in...just regular soil from the area?
Yeah just regular soil, I don't really want to put any money into it because I'll be at college. I have a buddy though willing to check up on it.
if you are willing to just toss away some seeds and give it a shot.....it might not grow healthy as it would compared to using an organic compost soil or using nutrients..... but if im in your situation i would just plant your seeds 4 feet apart and water the shit out of it.....then see what happens make sure wherever you plant it...the ground is soft....you dont want any hard packed ground thats all dry.
Alright I can do that, how many seeds should I plant because some will be males and others will fail I'm sure. For example if I plant 10 seeds is it safe to say 5 will make it to harvest?
nah.. not out in the wilderness, with animals... unless you build a small fence, or at least pot them.. potting them takes most of the animal eating them factor out.. which is huge.

Just plant them all take the best care of them you can.. If you can invest money, buy some peat at a local garden supply store and dig a 5x5 hole in the ground.. Mix the dirt from the ground with alot of the peat and fill the whole half way back in.. Then plant and water. It will give you the drainage you need, that way you don't drown your plants.. Read, read, read and don't stop reading on growing, you could turn this into a awesome thing with a little cash and hard work.
exactly.....for me it started as "hey i got a weed seed....let me plant it in some home depot soil and add some water" and for the short time ive been on these forums.....all i can say is....ive learned SO fucking much....and i still dont know anywhere near it all
I appreciate the advice guys, I might just wait till I get out of school in May and take a real stab at growing.
