Hi all, I have 4 females I've germed in November last year, and I'm trying to determine a few things. I have a 4'x4' grow area (closet). I am doing a 6 bulb 4' T5 lighting system 24x7 light cycle. There was a bit of wilting on the plants due to me dousing them with neem oil a bit to excessively. That is why the bottoms of the plants look bare - I pulled off any wilting and burnt leaves. New growth has been coming back so the plants look very healthy. Basically, since these are going to be my mothers, I would like to determine how tall they should get, how much longer I should veg them before I start taking clones, and if I should top them or not. I've attached a pic. The one in the far back is Cali o Purple, and the other three are Romulan x Hash Plant. They are in 4 gallon pots. Thanks a bunch in advance!
Hi. They look quite healthy, but get this... Im doing the identical setup that you are. Same space, same bulbs and lumens and number of plants! I have my lighting array within 3" of the plants all around. They are the same height as yours, but about 5x bushier. You should get the lights in alot closer. DONT top them. Hope this helps.
Of course you should top them, top everything, embrace your inner bonsai! The Trellis in this has 5" squares, note how flat the plant is.
