I have a 3 light 600w Veg room. I am hoping to use the same dirt, more than once. What should I do when I flip my plants but before I replant? I've heard of cranking the temp really high to kill any bugs. I've heard talk of laying lime on the soil. Any help, please? How do you replace the nuts in the soil?
Don't reuse old soil. Use fresh pasteurized soil/peat for each new grow. If you don't, you'll only be asking for trouble. It must be the disposing of old soil that's worrying you? Soil/peat is inexpensive.
