I am doing an indoor closet grow under cfl lights 7x 45watt bulbs. There is also 4 hours of direct sunlight coming in through a big 10 x 10 ft window. I know nothing beats the sun so I want to keep the plants under the clf's most of the time then for 4 hours put them in the direct sunlight coming through the window so I am not going to put them outside, same room just in the sun light then back under the cfl's right before the direct sunlight goes. Room temp, humidity ect.. stays same only the light Will those 4 hours of direct sunlight help or will that shock the plant?
The plant takes a couple days to get used to the spectrum of the lights after being exposed to sunlight, might grow slower. Let me know how it works, subbed up.
