  1. Hey I am growing outside in the garden and my plants are doing very well. The only problem is that they are getting to tall and big. I am thinking about running them into the tomato plants. Or toping them to make them short and bushy .But i dont want to tomato plants to die before my plants Flower. They are already 25 to 30 inches tall and growing fast And i live in a trailer park so i need to keep them hidden in the garden so I could use some advice!!!

  2. Simply tie them down.

  3. Agreed. Low Stress Training (LST) is great for keeping plants manageable.
I disguise mine among the tomatoes and peppers in my garden too.

  4. Tomatoes will grow until frost as long as you water them. If you plant sunflower seeds right now they will shoot up and provide cover in Aug-Oct. or until you pull them out.....

I like to plant them in a row 1-3 feet wide and it makes an awesome screen.

  5. I've got four plants from bagseed that I've topped 2 times and it's still 7 feet tall!

  6. pinch the stem and bend it down, use a stake and tie it to the stake. Problem solved. Repeat when necesary.
