growing in super windy conditions

  1. can this be done?

  2. If you stake it up, check up on it after every strong wind (to put it back upright if it has fallen over, even if the roots came out many strains will still finish if you put their roots back into the dirt), and/or use a greenhouse it can. But in windy areas you will have to checkup very regularly to make sure it is okay, and topping/fimming/supercropping or training it will help greatly by reducing it's size and making it harder for the wind to damage the whole plant.
