Growing in commercial property

Discussion in 'Grow Room Design/Setup' started by fattymac, Nov 17, 2011.

  1. Is this doable? Not speaking from a legality perspective...

Looking to grow 100-150 plants. Finding lots of warehouses with store frontage and upstairs office. Legal (Canada).

What's the basic rundown of requirements for the room?

    Thanks in advance!

  2. Yes it would be doable. You should probably have plenty of space for that many plants in a warehouse type building. But what will your 'cover story' be. And that's a lot if you plan to sell, but Idk the laws up there so who knows. If you are going to do that many you need to read a lot more on this site and get a few smaller grows under your belt.

  3. He said it was legal.

In general, seems to me you would need; electricity and control over it (ie. circuit breakers), water source, drainage/plumbing, and a secure space to keep out the riff-raff. Get the locks re-keyed would be wise, along with a camera.
