Me and one other friend are going to be getting an apartment soon and would like to grow a few plants. We are in California and both have our medical cards. If the landlord does not let us grow what will the best way to grow and be stealthy at the same time be best? Any tips would be helpful.
Im doing a small grow in a apartment in CA. running a 125w cfl with a couple hanging 23w bulbs 20/4 and 2 small fans running 24 hours and havent had any problems. good luck
