Growing for a Dispensary

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by AGGrower, Apr 5, 2010.

  1. I was offered a chance to grow for a dispensary I will be getting 20 patients which will entitle me to 120 plants by growing for them will I be safe under prop 215?

  2. do some research on state laws

  3. I'd say consult a lawyer because that's a hell of a lot of plants man.. I wouldn't trust what you hear on GC from random stoners.

  4. That wierd ive never heard of a dispensary asking someone th grow for them. Around here people just bring in the extras from their crop to sell to them.

  5. The demand in urban areas is great enough that growers can't keep up with the dispensaries. Denver is booming at the moment (though it's slowing down) and I've heard a couple of stories like that from dispensary owners.

Prices are dropping as well and the 4g 1/8th is becoming popular.

  6. There are quite a few collectives who have basically contracted their favorite growers to provide them medicine for their patients. In fact, it's the safest business model for both parties as far as a legal standpoint.

  7. its fully legal here in canada
