If this is not the correct forum, please let me know. I live in a rural area of So. Cal. Myself and 3-4 family and friends are medical marijuana users. Since I have both gardening experience as well as lots of space, we want to start up our own little collective so we can meet each of our own particular needs. Such as the difficult to find good high CBD, low THC varieties, and organically grown. Anyway, how formal do we need to be to minimize my potential legal hassels as the actual grower? I've seen downloadable forms for each person to sign, and things like that...are these OK? Or even needed? Do I need more paper work from the other participants? Assuming I do a decent job, there should be more harvest than we each need, so what aabout selling the extra? I'm (obviously) a newbie to this part of the MMJ world. Thanks.
So what are you asking? That other MMJ patients bring thier plants to you so you can grow them for them? I don't understand.
Wondering what people's thoughts were on how much legal crap (Forms, formalities, etc.) is needed for a small collective made up of friends and family. I don't really want to fork out money to some lawyer if I don't need to. I'm just the guy that will be doing the growing.
