Growing at a good rate?

    I'd just like some opinions on if these plants are growing at a nice rate?
    They are grown hydroponically, and are sativa.

    Plant one: 7 weeks
    Plant two: 5 weeks
    Plant thre: 1 - 1/2 weeks (crazy speed for me, the roots are nearly as big as #1)

    Yes... they are a little nute burnt lol.

    They're definitely small for their age. Those are along the lines of a 2-3 week old plant. What type of lighting? What nutes?

    300w dual spectrum CFL Red 2700k, Blue 6400k (true wattage, not the equivalent)
    I have been feeding them a very small amount 0.5ml per liter of sensi grow (they got a little nute burn awhile ago from 2ml/l)

    I don't understand why they are growing so small =/
    Everything is right:

    PH 5.9
    Oxygenated water
    lights are 1-2" away
    temps: 20-27c
    circulated air and fans
