hello, So I bought a clone of Larry og from a grower for 10$. I bought it when it was rooted 2 weeks in. The first photo shows how it looked on July 19 and the other two show how it looks on September 19. This was my first time growing a plant. I wasn’t looking to invest in any lighting system so I just used a desk lamp with a led bulb with 800 lumens. I know know... I know... this isn’t enough lol! Anyway, I’ll have it enter the flowering by stage starting this week. I just wanted to know if cloned plants grow different than from a seed? Obviously my plant isn’t tooo bushy, but is this because it’s a clone or because of lighting? Also, would keeping it in the vegging state for about two months have an effect on its yield?
Low light is causing the plants to grow very slow. If you are strapped for cash, you should just add some more CFL’s. Two months vegged plant should be really big. Another thing I noticed, there is barely any perlite in the soil. When you transplant to a bigger pot make sure to add 30% perlite or other aeration material.
yea you'l need a lot more light when you put [plant in to flowering else it'll grow really thin and sickly ,,,mac,
first off if you have the genetics of this clone go onto the internet. get some pictures make sure this plant should only have 3 finger leafs. i never suggest a clone from a not know source like the dispo. you could be buying trash. there is a reason a person sells clones to a dispo. only 1 i know of is they can not flower and sell there overs to the dispo. there garden is trash or the genetics are trash. any successful legal grower is worried about there plant #s to stay legal they need every plant they have there is no way a successful grower can just give clones away for almost free. unless this grower is well over the legal limit. good luck with this clone.
