Hey. Just created my account so I could ask some questions of the public. I've decided to grow some plants this year and I want to do it naturally. To me, naturally means outdoors, fed by rain and sunlight. Natural. But I don't have anywhere to grow outdoors where I know it won't get stolen, so I thought I'd grow indoor and just sit it by a window where the sun could reach it. Does that sound like the plant would get enough sun to survive? Do I need to get a lamp to shine on it to? I need some basic information from someone who really knows what it takes to grow marijuana. I just don't wanna get all the extra bells and whistles to insure that my plant THRIVES. I just want to be a gardener
Hi, What is your lattitude? Which direction is the window facing? I once grew a midget plant in a south facing window that got approx 14 hours of direct sunlight in the height of summer! (by midget I mean a really short female I didn't want wasting space in my grow area, ervyone said it would die, but it didn't. I ended up getting approx 3.5 g's of really good weed off it!) It is possible, however you are likely to get wispy stretch bud off it if there isn't enought direct sunlight. I say give it a shot, however if you are growing indoors it is really easy to get a great yeild with CFL's and extremly cheap. Good luck (Rep plz)
that would be pretty hard. becase the light cycle would only be half of the day unless its in like a greenhouse with glass on the ceiling and walls...but if you get a good light, its pretty much natural....
There are plenty of sticky's and articles regarding things such as cfl's.. I do not mean to sound rude but I feel you may find information easier by utilizing what you already have at hand.
