Keep us posted! I'm interested in seeing how you make out. Is there anything else mixed into your soil to provide the plants nutrition? J
Ohh yeah for sure jerry and please keep coming back with more suggestions. Correct me if something's going wrong. With the soil, only coco peat, soil & worm castings. Thinking to add neem seed cake, jaggery instead of mollasses and gypsum to make clayey soil loosen up a bit, while transplanting. What do you say jerry!
Although this is an improvement over mud there is still no aeration component in your mix. Aeration would be in the form of perlite, lava rock, pumice, rice hulls, grow stones, gravel or even coarse sand can work in a pinch. If your soil is 100% organic matter it will compress in time leaving no pathways for water to drain properly or for oxygen to reach the roots.
This year I tried sand for the first time, being the cheap bastard I am, and it's been working great. No complaints yet.
Really cool sounding strains, are they local to your area, or country? Boom4200 winter spring grow journal Boom4200 winter spring grow journal
