I would try and get something taller than 36" Figure 6" taken up by lights / electrical, they need some sort of pot or container so say 8" for that you are looking at 24" max plant size, meaning you could veg to maybe 12-16" personally I would try and get 40-60" for flowering cab. Otherwise its just going to be cramped. Some LST would benefit you well too.
