sorry if i misled... im renting a unit in a duplex. the landlord lives on the other side of the house. doesnt know about my tent or anything, and id rather not have them know tbh. my gf apparently talked to my LL today and an appraiser is coming next monday. its legal to grow in my state, but i dont know if any of these things will damage the value of the property in any way. Growing weed isn't cooking meth lol you'd be fine on that note . but its weather your landlord is one that states on your lease if u can grow or not. If not u better get rid of em for a day Sent from my VS425PP using Tapatalk
yea well it says nothing about growing but strictly no smoking. i guess ill just hide everything for the day. thanks Sent from my SM-G930P using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I used to do appraisals It depends on the person and the type of loan Someone has to let the appraiser in Most ll's pass that on to the tenant Every door has to be opened. Even closets A good appraiser will take a picture of every room, not closets I stayed away from religious areas and respected request not to photograph that area. So if a photo was needed I would do a corner or something technical to satisfied what the loan guidelines called for Because of meth, an appraiser may blow growing weed out of proportion So maybe disguise the tent.
