Hey everyone, I'm in the planning stages for building my first grow room, I have a pole barn with a loft and I plan on enclosing the loft for a veg room, then enclosing the space beneath the loft for a bud room... Each of those rooms would be approx 24x24 I would like to build it right the first time, so I'm thinking of insulating the rooms and completely sealing them off, odor isn't a major issue as I'm running a legal grow op, but I still appreciates privacy. My question is: what can I expect to pay for a quality grow room 48x48 including construction and insulation, all equipment, lights, ventilation... The whole due for a legal 70 plant operation? I am hoping under $5,000...HELP!
