I'm not 100% sure, another gc member explained it to me, its to do with getting the product complaining about getting it sent back you somehow keep it and get refunded. Total wrong to mug someone else's hard earned cash off them tho.
You can get everything you need from amazon, but whether it is amazon sold or secondary vendor, well that's the rub I would think. So much offered for cultivation is sold by a separate companies
