I have a light socket with 2 metal tubes supporting it, with a 60w light bulb in it. The room this is in would be perfect for growing,but I need to know what kind of bulbs could I put in this socket how do I know whether I can putt in a high watt bulb to make the grow better. Please help thanks! Could anyone suggest any high wattage bulbs that are good for growing that can go into any sockets?
