  1. Is it possible to grow from nug? Being a seed inside it somewhere inside it.:smoke:

  2. pick out the seed, then to simply answer your question: yes, that is a viable seed. No, do not plant the entire nug.

    Check the stickies.

  3. lol ive pondered on this too and figured yes it might start out uber healthy just because the bud will retain moister but wont become dreanched

  4. I know that. What I'm asking is, will the plant benefit in any way? I believe mother nature intended for the nug to be it's womb, in a scene.

I feel yah, but still.... No. Mother nature:smoke: as winter kills off prego-Cannabis momma's in "nature", the dried out dead plant material that is holding the seeds just drops them onto the cold ground, exposed to the elements... and yet every spring a few will sprout! They are hearty things, seeds. But yes, for a period while the plants are dieing the buds act as "wombs" as the seeds receive nutrients and develop. Mother nature designed the plants to put forth 100% of their dieing energy into creating the strongest most likely thing to carry on that plants genetics. These seeds are the result of mother nature's plan, and there is a reason they call it weed :smoke: I would think of it akin to duck taping your kid with placenta weeks after the birth in hopes that its the next Usain Bolt or Albert Einstein.

My point is this, KISS. Its a vary hearty plant, there is a reason they call it weed. Just throw it in some dirt, and don't over think it. None of this womb, extra help, bullcrap. Over thinking is a horrible habit to get into if you are a prospective gardner.

    Hope that clarifys.

  6. wow that made alot of sence. in all seriousness. i like the example of taping placenta lol. hope he understands and wont waste 1 g.:smoke:

  7. You, sir, are correct. That's just a waste of bud to throw it into soil. Pick the seed out, germinate it, and throw it into dirt once the sprout reaches 1/8". People pay hundreds on nutrients, soils, and grow systems, just to fail due to lack of information. Information is key to growing.

  8. Appreciate it man, wasn't try to seem like I was over thinking. Just think in a creative different style. Doing my first grow, heres the link if interested http://forum.grasscity.com/indoor-marijuana-growing/733457-right-track.html. Peace and pot :smoke::smoke:
