Those are some big ass pots you're using.. or are ur ladies just fairly small? At any rate.. those pots look like 7 or 10 gallon pots .. highly unnecessary for plants vegged under 8+ weeks in my opinion. 16L-20L would be more than ideal. Under a 1000w.. u will pull around 500-600g give-or-take, as in the gram a watt theory, this is based on a hydro and co2; perfect environment and strain/pheno. So they say on average, 4 litre of soil/medium = 1oz dry.. therefore 16L = 4oz and 20L = 5 oz etc.. so 500 or 600g -divided by- 140g (5oz) = ~3.5 or ~4, so 4 plants in 20L pots would be ideal in your set up and get you the max yield + light efficiency. 5-6 x 16L pots would also get you your most efficient yield!
